Return Policy

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your goods up to the end of 7 days after you have taken delivery of them.

• Our address for all returns is c/o HolGoun House, 269 Veale Street, Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria, South Africa. If goods are returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the terms, a refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all RSA country shipments excluding packaging and shipping charges.
